Clay got a new truck!! He was so excited. He's always wanted an old style Ford and now he has one. We bought a trailer last Thursday and realized half way home that his old truck wouldn't pull it. It just died. lol. It's fine now but it quits out if it's pulling anything. So now he has two. Talk about spoiled. I'm glad he finally got something he's always wanted. It's beautiful and in such great condition. We were lucky to find it.

Tagged!!

How to play this game of tag. Post these rules on your blog. List 3 joys, 3 fears, 3 goals, 3 current obsessions/collections, 3 random surprising facts about yourself. Tag 5 people at the end of your post by leaving their names. Let them know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

Okay, thanks Ruthann. ;)

JOYS:
1: My boys. All three of them. I don't know what I would do without them
2: Carter making Peyton laugh so hard that it makes all of us laugh. Carter is the only one who can make Peyton laugh like that. Ever since he was a baby. I love my boys.
3: Having someone love me for who I really am. Knowing he'll be here for me always.

FEARS:
1: Not being able to protect my boys (I think this is a fear for all moms). Thinking they will get hurt and I can't stop it.
2: What the world will be like for my grandkids and great-grandkids. I'm terrified.
3: Being a bad mom.

GOALS:
1: Being more patient with my kids.
2: Being a better friend/wife/mother
3: Becoming more "crunchy". Doing all I can to help improve and save the Earth.

OBSESSIONS:
1: Card making. lol. I know. Lame. I'm obsessed lately. I love it. It's not scrap-booking so I don't have to think about being behind by 6 years. It's fun to pretend you're crafty when you're not. :D
2: Blogging. This one is new. I like that I can see everyone that I don't normally see. It makes me feel like I'm there with my friends and not miss them so much.
3: Making my house a home. My new project is making my house "homey". We've been here 3 years and I'm just starting to put things up on the walls. Painting comes next.

RANDOM FACTS:
1: I'm the hospitality manager for TooeleMommies.com. It's a non-profit organization for moms. It's awesome. I love it and I've met a lot of new friends this way.
2: I'm a germ freak.
3: I'm secretly trying to move to Stansbury to be closer to the family and in a better neighborhood. Shh. Don't tell my hubbie.

I'm tagging Kristy, Rachel, Jessica, Tiff, and Janel. Ha ha! You're it!!! Love you girls.

Lunch with my girls

Yesterday I had lunch with some great friends. Of course, I forgot my camera. :( Thanks to Melissa, Natalie, Tiffany, Jessica, and Charlene for having lunch with me for my birthday! It means a lot that after ten years we can still get together and be such good friends. And thanks to Christine for always being there for me!! Love you girls!!!

Pre-Birthday Dinner with the Girls

Yesterday my mom, sister, Aunt Carolyn, and cousin Brookie and I all went to dinner.
It was so much fun!! It's so nice to get together with family that you don't see that often.

We always talk about getting together more but it never seems to work out. Let's hope that this time it will stick. *Keep your fingers crossed*

Carter's First T-Ball Game

Carter was so excited for his first t-ball game. Here are a few pics from yesterday. My baby boy is getting so big!!

Can you tell my kids pose often? lol
Peyton carries this slinky with him everywhere. He got it from a birthday party last week. He's even tried taking it to bed with him. :)
DRAFTED. lol. So Clay came to the game thinking this would be an enjoyable day watching Carter. No go. Carter's coach had his eyes on him from the beginning. He asked if Clay would be the umpire. Do you know how hard it is to tell 5 and 6 year olds that they are out and need to go sit on the bench? lmao. It was hilarious. He was doing all the hand signals and everything. We were cracking up.
Carter hit it pretty solid on this one. Good job buddy boy!!

Get Caught Up

Well, it's impossible to catch everyone up on our lives up to this point so I made this slide-show to highlight some of the important days. Sorry so much is missing, but it's a start. Hope you enjoy all the pictures of my beautiful family.
